Registered nurse-owned in-home care
ComForCare Greater Orlando was opened by a nurse who spent three decades in clinical care and medical device manufacturing before deciding she wanted to work directly with families again.
Meet our owner
Cindy Gray, RN
Cindy Gray is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience across nursing and medical device manufacturing. She founded ComForCare Greater Orlando to combine clinical expertise with a passion for helping families navigate the transitions that come with aging.
“I have an unusual love and passion for helping people,” Cindy says. After 30 years in nursing and medical device manufacturing, she found that ComForCare let her combine clinical expertise with something she had missed: sitting with a family at the kitchen table and working out what actually needs to happen next.
That is why this office runs the way it does. Care plans are built by people who have managed complex cases clinically, not by a call center reading a script.

Our team
ComForCare Greater Orlando is a local office, not a call center. The people who answer your call, build the care plan, and supervise caregivers are the same people who live in these neighborhoods.
Every caregiver is screened for empathy, trained in senior care, and matched to clients based on experience, skills, and compatibility. Our office is DementiaWise®-certified, and caregivers receive ongoing dementia care education.

What we hold ourselves to
Be Present & Engaged
Put the phone down. Sit with the person. Listen to the story.
Dignity Matters
Help with bathing or dressing is intimate. It is done the way the person wants it done.
Have Fun
Aging is not the end of a personality. Joy is part of the care plan.
Care Like Family
We ask what we would want for our own parent, then do that.
Serve Passionately
This work is a calling, and it shows in who stays.
Take Initiative
If something is wrong in the house, we solve it or we raise it. We do not walk past it.
Recognitions and community involvement
These are not marketing badges. They reflect where the team actually spends time in Central Florida.
